The BBQ buffet itself was a culinary masterpiece. While the BBQ beef was cooked slightly more than we prefer, the rest of the selection was simply divine. The BBQ lamb steak was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The variety of sauces, from the rich mushroom sauce to the tangy BBQ and zesty black pepper, perfectly complemented the grilled meats. The prawns were incredibly fresh and succulent, and the stingray was an absolute highlight, enhanced by the flavorful chili accompaniment. Stayed 3 nights at Colmar and had daily buffet breakfast and BBQ dinner buffet on Saturday night. Overall it was good food although the service could be better especially during peak times

Hotel breakfast is served here. BBQ buffet dinner is good. RM 65 per person. It includes bbq beef, lamb, prawns and fish. There’s chicken and beef satay. And some cooked food are served too. Dessert is not bad too.

The Christmas buffet is excellent! The bbq food, desserts and even the ramly burger are good. This is alot better than the food I had at hard rock hotel Desaru.
